This is the worst Wendy’s. Why even work if you can’t do your job correctly? What’s the point in having a menu if the pathetic staff just puts whatever they want into the bag. And why have your online orders on if you’re not accepting them? Just close this place down, these people don’t even deserve jobs.

Extremely unprofessional. Gave us 2 wrong sandwiches. My daughter took a bite before she realized it was wrong so they would not replace it and the entire front crew stood at the window talking about it like we were trying to STEAL food! The difference between what I paid for and what they gave us was around 10$! Where's the customer service skills??????????

Went to Wendy's this morning before work, suppose to be open at 630am, worker seen walking around and did not come to the window to let me know they were closed or not open yet because the employees were late or just lazy. The manager and owner need to address the issue of their unprofessional, lazy staff. Will lose money due to the staff hired.
