We bought a minivan here. The purchase itself went well. However, after the purchase they emailed us to fill out a post purchasing survey and requested we give them 5 stars if we appreciated their service. After a few emails, the sales manager directly called me and asked us to fill out the survey while offering a fuel or Amazon rewards card as compensation. So I took them up on that offer. After completing the survey I had emailed back the sales manager asking for the reward card only to be ghosted. Tried leaving voice messages as well as additional emails to our sales associate and another manager, and all of a sudden their helpful and attentive service went to complete silence. Very bait and switch of them. EDIT: 8/15/2022 - They called me back after this review was posted and made right by sending me the reward card. They mentioned the confusion was due to the turnover of their sales team. I have since rated them 3 stars (up from 2) since they made things right, but the onus was still on them since the manager was in the email chain the entire time.

Sales department has helpful, non-pressuring staff which eases car buying experience. Update: its been five years since I purchased my Jeep here. Although the attitude of the staff is wonderful, getting an appointment for a check engine light took a full month! Literally called on the 18th of April for a first available, May 18th slot.

I've bought a lot of new cars, but the experience with McKevitt (Yunuss and Owen) was extraordinary. Almost every detail was worked out via emails and phone calls days in advance, making my total time at the dealership about 2 hours. A record! And, when I arrived, I found that they had further discounted my new car - and increased their offer on my trade. Trust me. This never happens. Friendly, fair and fast. Thank you, gentlemen!

I love these guys. Prices are super fair, especially for being a dealership. Customer service is excellent. Paul the service manager is top notch and a really good guy. Willy the service rep is always great and keeps you in check. The mechanics are total pros. The service staff are organized, on the ball and very friendly. I have had my Dodge Challenger R/T and my wife's Lexus regularly serviced at McKevitt for the last 3 years. I have never had a single issue, we are always satisfied. I've lived in NYC, LA and now the Bay Area. This is the best service dealership I've ever had. Period. I highly recommend.
