I called when the store opened and David told me to come on in to look through their stock. David allowed me to look around till I was ready and then he provided an extensive amount of useful and helpful information. He guided through many options across a wide range of price and at no point did I ever feel pressured. He explained the pro's and con's of all the chairs he showed me, then allowed me to go back through the options. I settled on a Haworth chair that was on the higher end of the price range, but a discount vs the manufacturer price. The product quality was only exceeded by the professionalism and kindness of David. I would highly recommend anyone in need of office seating or desks to go and visit the shop.

I needed a good office chair for working from home and they offer a really good deal. They are a hidden gem in Berkeley and their customer service is excellent. I had a bunch of questions about chair quality and maintenance and they were able to give me an answer to everything. Some online stores and websites had similar deals on chairs but I really loved being able to see the chairs in person and try them out myself, which you can't really do when online shopping. I also loved being able to walk in with nothing and walk out with a chair 20 minutes later and not have to worry about delivery fees or time.

I surprisingly had such a wonderful and positive experience here. I was looking for a chair to help maintain a good posture, and not slouch while typing. David was very thorough in giving me information on how to sit properly in a chair, and was honest about each brand of chair. This is something I greatly appreciated, as he was not pushing me to buy the most expensive, top of the line brand, rather, helping me find a chair that really suited me and that i liked and felt comfortable in. David knew everything about proper posture, ergonomics, and functions of the chair (lumbar support, arm rest, etc) I really felt like he cared. I left the store with a chair i was very happy with and felt like I got a good deal as well. I never felt pressured to buy anything, which is always a big plus for me.
