This particular Wendy’s must be down on it’s luck. First they could not take any orders because the system was down. Next when I went back a few days later, the double baconator was a joke. How do you convince fast food places to put lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, pickles, on this tragic thing that was just served. That started the star reduction. A hint for anyone who prepares food in a fast food place; just before you wrap it up take a look at it. Ask yourself if it looks appetizing to eat? When it looks like brown stuff that crawled up on a bun to die, that’s not appetizing. Don’t use the excuse, “This is what the customer ordered?” No one orders and intentionally pays for dead stuff between two buns that looks exactly like dead stuff between two buns. The second problem was that fries on the outside of the container were guaranteed hot and crispy. I did not find the stuff in the container to be either hot or crispy. They were only barely what a person could consider cooked. There wasn’t anything crisp anywhere in that container, but it advertised, hot and crispy. I didn’t bother to take them back to ask for a replacement. If the people working in that store had any idea how bad the food was, they would work on it. I know there are a lot of people in the world working in fast food places, barely making enough to survive. When you serve up something that is as tragically bad as this, that customer is going to think long and hard about other choices before coming back. Consider that what you get going through a drive thru is typically about $5 to $7 less than what a person could get going in a sit down restaurant. In that place, the wait person looks at the food. If it doesn’t look appetizing, hopefully it goes back to the kitchen. I could keep going about Wendy’s but if I do I’ll need to take away another star.

THE WORST ! I ordered an Asiago chicken sandwich it does not come with ketchup and Mayo and the wrapping of my sandwich was ripped I barley had any fries in the bag. My boyfriends sandwich had tomatoes on it he asked for no tomatoes like they just don’t care here this is ridiculous spent $30 for the whole order to be wrong and then didn’t give us no receipt and I know I ordered a bacon double stack and didn’t even get my sandwich and they tried to say I didn’t order it swear I’ll never eat here again and I don’t suggest anyone else to it’s a waste of money and the food quality is bad. SMH I use to work for a Wendy’s and this is super disgusting

I like Wendy's but our experience yesterday fell short of our normal expectations unfortunately... the burgers weren't made like we asked (topping wise) and the fries were subpar (soggy and not very hot)... otherwise Wendy's gets 4 or 5 stars all day, everyday

This location is my favorite because the burgers, and fries are always hot & fresh!!! The drive thru line is always long, but I don't mind waiting. If you didn't know... This location sells some of the best chocolate chip cookies I have had in my life!!! Thank me Later.
