I work right around the corner so I frequently visit taco bell. Quick service, very kind staff, order is always hot and correct.

The location had “limits” on what you could order per customer. I understand they may want to “spread the love” however this is a business, and even though running out of product happens due to demand or under ordering, denying customers the ability to order items you do have isn’t good business sense either. For everyone you please, you anger another and in turn they tell others and bad press multiples. I’d suggest sell out an item for the night and people are more understanding than telling them “limit … per order”.

On 4.22.21 I decided to treat my spouse and I to dinner here. There was hardly anyone in the drive-thru. I didn't know what I wanted since each location change their menu. Upon my arrival to order, I asked the person to give me a minute to review before placing my order. After a quick glance, I proceeded to ordered a Crunchwrap combo and a Supreme Chalupa, but I didn't realize that the order #6 was a chicken Chalupa, but advised I wanted beef. Was advised to pull forward and given my total, which changed again when I confirmed my order. Three different individuals came to the window to talk to me about the order. After multiple confirmations, I was advised of another balance, which I paid. After a few minutes, the young lady handed me the drinks, which were correct. And then was handed a bag, which was weird because most of the times the Crunchwrap is served in a box. But I didn't check before leaving. Which is probably my fault. As I drove home, I started to open the bag and didn't see not one thing I ordered. The entire bag was filled with soft tacos and burritos. I had to get back in my car to return the items. I paid nearly close to $20 for food that was not what I asked for. I parked my car and went inside and had to wait nearly several minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. A female appeared, and I assumed was the manager asked how could she help. I advised I was returning the order given. She asked if I wanted something else. I was extremely upset and declined. But was insulting, the young lady that served me prior, advised the manger that my food was sitting on the counter... Do I look like I want to be served cold food that I should've been served in the first place. I will no longer patronize here.
