This location is consistently terrible! After a long painful stay in the drive thru, I finally get to place my order only to be told that the debit system is down. Things happen I completely understand that. Although the right way to handle this would've been to send out an associate or manager to notify incoming guess that the system is down and at the moment cash is the only payment option.

Many times I've been to this Wendy's. When I go earlier in the day like 3ish the food generally comes out hot and I am satisfied. But if I need to grab food for the whole family, sometimes the burgers aren't as hot as they should be. Cheese doesn't even melt. In my teens, I worked at Wendy's so I know how it 'should' be. I mean, Wendy's even sold fried chicken then; so who doesn't want their food hot. On my last visit, my fries were very dark and I made my decision that maybe I should just stop going to this one and travel all the way to Essex with my family to get hot food. Or give up on fast food altogether. I don't know the last time I went to another 'Major Chain' and I refuse to go because the food wasn't tasty anymore. Please someone fix this Wendy's because 1 it's convenient and 2 it's the only fast food that I allow my kids to have.

Went through the drive thru, when I pulled up to the speaker I got barked at. Then I just started ordering because I wasn't sure what happened and the lady on the speaker went HOLD ONNNNN. Then when I ordered she was just super rude and I was sure she got everything wrong. When I got to the window I just drove off. Go literally anywhere else even if you're craving nothing but Wendy's I promise you will have a better time somewhere else.

I was doing Doordash. The woman at the counter was horrible. She said she couldn't hear anything!! I was there along with 3 other customers and she gave us all hell. She had the worst attitude. She even rang up the orders wrong and was mad with us like it was our fault. The service was slow, attitudes horrible and it was Dirty.
