I love living here. I have zero complaints. People are friendly, I have not had any noise problems, maintenance is super responsive. I feel like I live in a 5 star hotel.

Do you enjoy a 7 AM wake up call with your apartment flooding from the ceiling? Do you enjoy taking the stairs since the elevators are constantly out of order? Do you appreciate management that minimizes your concerns related to noise from paper thin construction and inconsiderate neighbors? If you answered yes to any of these amenities, you have stumbled upon the apartment for you! After residing in this apartment complex for one year too long, my partner and I dealt with a magnitude of troubles, including flooding, excessive noise issues, disorganized mailroom/lost packages, and inadequate amenities for the price of these "luxury homes". The management staff at this organization is in desperate need of change. Please for the sake of your time and money, look elsewhere for an apartment that would better fit your needs.

Lovely, well located and well managed. From my living room I can watch deer and eagles on the creek. Step outside and I can join friends in the courtyards, play bocce or pool- despite Covid. I walk my dog along the Potomac and have a choice of restaurants I can walk to in less than ten minutes. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive. Like all shared structures, individual experience will vary depending on your unit and neighbors. My experience over two years: highly recommend.

I've lived here for four years and I have enjoyed it, for the most part. During these four years, I've only had to reach out to maintenance a few times, and the response is always prompt. I have to say that I also really appreciate the maintenance team and the office staff as well. They are very friendly and professional. My neighbors are very courteous, and it may be due to the where my apartment is located in the building, but it is very quiet which allows me to work from home with no issue.
