Service was quick. I had a scheduled oil change done for my 2nd car that I bought with Premier Chevrolet. Randy was fantastic. Everyone there is always friendly. However, the price for an oil change literally almost made me walk out and find a lesser expensive place. I had 10.5k rewards points and an email offer for $25 off of my service which BOTH greatly helped reduce my cost. I got injured and lost my job back in Feb of this year and am on an extremely limited budget. So sadly, due to the high cost of normal scheduled maintenance such as oil changes and tire rotations, unfortunately I will not be able to seek future help from the dealership. But otherwise, service was great.

I’ve been going to Premier Chevrolet for a few years now and I never leave disappointed. I’m always greeted by the staff and they’re very welcoming when hanging out in the lobby while waiting for my truck to be serviced. The communication between the mechanics and the office staff is precise and they make sure to let me know what services I will need in the future. I never feel like they’re gouging me for more money. Definitely recommend bringing your Chevy vehicles to Premier.

Had a great experience with Sebastian, he was willing and able to send me the information I had requested via text message first. He wasn’t pushy at all, I feel he was genuine and honest with everything I asked. I went the following day to see the vehicle and meet with Sebastian and he was no different in the way he was taking care of me as a customer. Kudos to Sebastian and his manager for working a good deal that made me buy my vehicle.
