I had originally posted a review thanking Lamar Johnson for doing so much to help me when trying to decide and find the right vehicle for me, even though I had ended up deciding on a Sierra Denali located at another dealer. After finding out Thursday that the truck I was getting wouldn't be available for another 2 weeks, I called Lamar again. He said he had the perfect truck that just came in but it was a 2021. We met the next day and thanks to him and his Sales Manager Abe, I was able to drive home my ew truck last night. I haven’t had to purchase a vehicle in years but the experience at Simpson was perfect. Thanks so much to Lamar as he is the reason I went back to Simpson and he and his team we amazing.

This is a partial review of the service center only. They are very slow and lack clear instructions on service check ins. I waited 30 minutes in my car, like most dealerships ask, and no one approached. After noticing cars behind me start being driven into the service area, I decided to get out of the car and I saw they have a check in kiosk. The kiosk was easy to use and allowed me to drop my keys in. Had I known, I would have done that when I first pulled up. I was able to be picked up by a family member and then about 45 minutes later I receive a call from a service rep confirming my oil change (which was noted in my appointment and through the kiosk) and to confirm I was aware of two dents on my car. Yes, a foul ball hit my hood and there is a small door ding on the passenger side. Not very friendly or professional, just matter of fact type of call. I will await the final outcome of the service but so far not so good.
