Kohl's is a classy place to shop. Whether you're interested in buying clothing, shoes, products for your bedroom bathroom, kitchen, it's all high quality. And with the addition of Sephora, high-end cosmetics for women, and giving Sephora their designated area in the store, now Kohl's has even more of an upscale feel to shopping there. They always seem to be having sales like buy one and get a 2nd one at half price, etc. Last but not least the staff is professional responsive and kind all of the time. It is a very pleasant experience everytime I visit. I recommend it.

While I was doing a return it was really insulting to me that the hispanic lady behind the customer service desk was inspecting my items like a hawk and then she took her time putting them on hangers like I have all the time in the world! It was such a horrible experience, it made me feel discriminated.
