Stay away from this unprofessional mess of a place. My experience with this dealership was beyond abysmal. The only person I want to positively call out for being a pleasure to deal with is Brenda. She was super friendly, kind, and went out of her way to give me a video tour of the car I was thinking of purchasing. She showed more heart than any of the salesmen. When I called to speak to a manager about negotiating the price before driving in from 1 hour away, I was told that their price was non-negotiable and $6,000 higher than the listed price on Auto Trader. I had told them that my mother recently passed away and that I was using some money left to me to purchase my dream car which was a used model in their inventory. Do you think they cared or factored that in when getting back to me with a final price? Greg told me that they could offer it to me for $100 less. Yes, you read that correctly. Shameful. They did everything in their power to make this as difficult and uncooperative as possible. They don't want your business--and thank goodness! The place is run like a total circus--you're on hold forever, you have to call back multiple times to get any service, and frankly, the treatment I received was vulgar. There are so many places, especially post-pandemic, that will treat you like a human being and be kind. There's no excuse for HGreg Nissan Buena Park. Steer clear.
