Never hoped to give it a low star rating ever. But this location is not great at all. The girl you lets everyone in and makes sure everyone has their paper is greeting and welcoming. But once you go to the people in there. The first person sitting checking papers not even a hi nothing like okay let me see your paper just blank stair no eye contact. What am I suppose to do? So I work here? Nope I don’t. The officer was not helpful at all with the girl who was ahead of me was not informative at all or helpful at all. Once you get your finger prints done they are having side talks and not really doing their job. Felt super weird and awkward.

Small office. Staffs are very friendly and professional. Place is not that busy like dmv. But they have similar system like dmv . I finished my business within half hour. Pretty fast than i expect. But i think it varies different for each person depending on your case. FOR THOSE WHO ARE GOING THERE FIRST TIME: 1. Show your document and appointment time to officer And they will give letter. 2. They will call letter one by one 3. When you bring your letter to officer He will review your document and give number. 4. Then again wait your number to show on tv screen and you can continue with procedure. Good luck!!!

Giving two stars because the front desk person was very friendly. But the immigration officer was super rude and mean . Wouldn't even let me finish asking my question when he literally shut me up.

Super easy friendly service. Security guard that checks you in very pleasant. The technician was also super nice. It took me about 45min from my appointment time to be seen.
