I was looking for a particular slipper and was told that DSW might carry it. I couldn’t get just any type or brand because I have an surgery on my foot in about a month and was told to look for particular qualities that might ease my recovery. Ashley was phenomenal! She did remember that they had the brand I was looking for, but was fairly certain they were sold out. She checked, double checked, and triple checked for me!!! She offered to help me order the slippers and have them sent to me or arrange for a store pickup. Awesome service in my book!!! She was so professional and pleasant; her assistance really made my reluctant shopping trip a pleasure!!!
