I really recommend this dealer. As soon as I step into the dealer, everybody welcomed me. All with smile faces. I shopped around a couple of different dealers but because of low inventories everywhere, many sales people are stuck up. Not with this dealer. Even though there wasn't a car that I was looking for, sales associate worked really hard to explain and describe about the car and the shipment status. I felt this dealer is very well organized and has a good system. Great staffs. Will recommend this dealer if anyone looking to buy Toyota.

Working with AutoNation Toyota Buena Park was easy from start to finish. We'd been searching for a new hybrid Sienna for over a year, but low inventory and crazy dealer markups just about makes you want to give up. One day I started calling every Toyota dealer near me just to see what might be coming in. Joe let us know there were some due to arrive within 2 weeks, but they had tentative buyers already with deposits paid. He let me know that buyers often back out of the purchase and said he would contact me if one of them were to cancel. Less than 48 hours later we got great news! A buyer had backed out and that particular XLE was exactly what we'd been hoping for. Joe emailed me some specs and almost felt too good to be true. Their dealer markup was considerably less than every dealer around, and you get actual product for your money. Joe kept us posted on when the van would arrive.
