Had a great experience with Patrice as my sales rep. I haven't had to mail a parcel in ages. I didn't know what was expected but Patrice was patient enough to help me. Overall, this location seemed to run smoothly and the all the reps were helpful to other customers.

Not sure what happens at this place but its like a Bermuda triangle. Every single time my orders go through this facility they arrive 2-4 weeks late. Don't get me wrong its not big items, most of the time its small non fragile item like a phone case or shower curtain.

The guy with the dreads (referred to as Bob Marley in previous reviews) and the manager lady are SO RUDE!! These both consistently have an attitude with costumers. The manager has also been rude to both my daughter and son on separate occasions. They clearly hate their jobs so maybe they shouldn't be working there. I much prefer to go to the post office on Commonwealth and Stanton where people there are actually normal kind human beings

I believe they still do. But you might have to call your local post office maybe they are only accepting appointments.

Today my mail carrier wrote all over one of my correspondence. Instead of knocking o. My door or leaving a message informing me of any issues... NO THEY JUST DECIDED TO WRITE ALL OVER MY MAIL... THAT JUST SHOWS YOU HOW SIRIUS THE TAKE THEIR JOB.

We have been tortured with a horrible carrier for years. She did that too along with delivering the wrong mail and skipping our mail.. Luckily we have had carrier guys lately that do their job wonderfully.

I am planning to move on June 21, 2019. When do I need to submit an address change to my new address?

10 days prior.

I have new license coming from DMV but might have already gone on vacation and mail is being forwarded to a temporary address. DMV says they do not froward so do they just deliver to your home address or does it go into hold at post office???

The post office that delivers your mail will forward all your first class mail to the temporary forwarding address. Just as long as the temporary forwarding address hasn't expired. So yes you should get your new license at your temporary forwarding address.
