My neice was jumped and muged on Knott before lapalma the light was red going north and south. About 30 cars and one crossing guard. No one help her. She has Epelepsy she fought the man off while no on help her the man came back for her again and the police right there to save her. This happened yesterday in the morning. They even drove her to work.Thank you and bless you officers who helped her when no one else would.in my prayers forever

Got my motorcycle stolen out of my hands and quickly called 911, 3 hours later and no one showed up. Its been 25 hours since then and i haven't been able to get a report! In the station they say the officers are busy. 25 hours and still counting.

Terrible service I called this station to report a suspicious vehicle in front of our neighbors house parked in his driveway; while he was away. The suspicious people get out to threaten us and tell us to go back inside our homes and to mind our own business. Meanwhile the rude dispatcher was not comprehending. I sincerely suggest she is replaced, there needs to be more professionalism. She wouldn't let me talk or finish my statement while rudely interrupting me with more questions. I called the department at 10:35pm 1/12/2019 I hope this helps BPPD Identify their dispatcher and have a serious talk with her. BPPD took 20min to arrive. Meanwhile the entire time I spent arguing with the rude dispatcher the gang members took off. But yet on a Friday night when you play your Bose small portable speaker they will be sure to break it up LOL!!! Jesus!!!! ridiculous.
