I use to deliver mail here in a big truck. It's in the city and just about every single person that works here is racist. Be careful delivering here if you're not black.

This place supposed to be open from 4pm to 7pm, since 4 noone showed up here, iv been calling ringing the bell, with many other people here waiting , how is this possible that noone is at the main office ?? This is terrible really

Nobody here during hours of operation on a Wednesday at 5:30pm even though it should be open until 7pm today....

I have two luggages weighing 23kg each and I want to send them to Chicago from New York a day before my flight to Chicago so that I don’t pay too much for the checked in bags. Can I send the luggage’s through your USPS? How much?

Yes you can and it depends on the weight , allow more than 1day to get your luggage.

Is there a limit u can send with batteries already installed inside the product? U can't take them out at all.

No! U can send whatever u pay for but is has to be labeled with the battery hazard sign...

I found out u can send lithium batteries that are already in products they service to foreign countries so do I need permission still

How is a pkg process different from regular mail if your items have lithium batteries inside. Need a contact number so when I mail pkg from Desoto post office they can call someone to verify it I can send pkg with lithium batteries inside.

How do u send cell phone or laptop without the lithium batteries inside to foreign country? I understand they are explosive but everything use them

You can send it just make sure you stick the battery label on it,,,its process different than regular mail.. hope this helps

Trying to find out why my pkg is being returned to sender from Chicago o hare international post office. It was up there Dec 1 on Saturday. Can u tell who to contact for more information.

Only reason package is returned to sender could be it's a oversized item, or the merchant doesn't reside at the address
