I’m giving the people working here 5 stars but the office setup and resources 1 star. They just need more point of sales to be open so the lines move faster. There was only 1 self serve station open and both windows were closed. The 1 customer facing staff was mostly just helping people who had more complicated orders or were needing basic help with how to use mail (2022 problem)

The post office was closed for almost a month.Just opened back up not long ago.

No. You have to go to the postal annex on 1419 W Carroll Ave. Good luck, that place is the worst post office in Chicago.
