I keep going back here to mail packages to my kids and trying to be friendly to the clerk but for some reason she is consistently rude to me. I say good morning/afternoon at the beginning of my transaction, ask how her day is, and she just ignores me. Snaps at me if I ask a question and is exasperated if I don't understand a specific postal 'rule' (many of which have turned out to be her rules, not the USPS). I'm sure she's had some bad transactions with people before, but not with me, so I don't get it. After reading all the other reviews, I feel better knowing that it's not me, it's her. Really bad USPS PR. I recommend going to Jeff Park if possible, staff there is amazing and helpful.

The worst delivery ever! The same wrong address keeps getting delivered to my mom’s house. We put the mail in bundle and mark it “wrong address “. It got picked up and a different package was left on the same day with the same wrong address! Been going on for years.

Consistently terrible service. Rude staff act as if interruptions to their phone scrolling are cause for great dissatisfaction. I avoid mailing at all costs to not have to go through such a bad experience. USPS needs to give staff customer service training once a month apparently.
