I have used the store for almost 2 years but today I stopped for inconstant and unhonest act by the notary who did the same service twice and charge me once stated that she can’t do it as I am changing name ( which happened previously) in the doc. I’ve had told her and she felt embarrassed and wants to return the money but NOOOO . It is too late.

I usually go to this store and see Sammy. Today there was two employees one older gentleman not Sammy. I brought in a piece of equipment that needed be sent via UPS. I had no box but as usual Sammy would take my product and get a box for me to buy and wrap it up for me. Sammy was not there it was this other guy who just told me he could not not take my product because it was not in a box. Well isn’t this a UPS store isn’t boxes is one of your main equipment. I asked can I buy a box and he said quite emphatically I am not going to sell you a box. Well ok. I drove to 4276 Katella Av the UPS store ....guess what they took my product sold me a box and wrapped it up for me. Thank you you will continue to receive my UPS service at 4276 Katella Av

I come here to drop off my Amazon stuff and every time I came here, I've had nothing but good experience. They are all friendly people here. They have 3 people maximum in store policy so please wear your masks and stay in the car if needed. They deal with people all day every day so help keep them safe.
