If I could give 0 stars I would. Waiting months to get son an appt with a Dr only to have it cancelled the morning of and 3 more weeks to get it rescheduled. I am not taking him for fun and as so called mental health experts they should know time is a very sensitive issue.

I appreciate the help they have given my daughter, but they put her into a panic today Took her to get her scheduled injection. We were about 5 minutes early for her 1:45 appointment. Thought we would have no problems making her 2:15 GP appointment a few minutes down the road. Two other people showed up for their injections early. They took both of these people before my daughter. This caused her to have to cancel and reschedule her GP appointment. The reason givin for taking others before her was, they didn't want to wait. So the fact that my daughter was on time made no difference. Then when she became upset that she couldn't get to her GP appointment she was told that what she was seeing GP for was probably cancer.

Was told by intake that I had ADHD. Went here for ADHD, was told I didn’t have ADHD and refused treatment for it for over a year. Have had to fight for every single diagnosis. Eight months to get into therapy. I wouldn’t recommend this psych even if they were the only psych available.

I can't rate this place high enough. I've been coming here for treatment for about 2.5 years now, and have gotten great treatment the entire time. The staff cares and genuinely wants to help. I had to go through a couple therapists to get to my current one, but she is an absolute godsend and I'm so incredibly thankful I was able to become her patient. Her name is Kristin, and she's absolutely fantastic. I always know I can reach out to her and get excellent advice. She actually took the time to work her way in through my incredibly thick walls I've built around myself, and put in the effort to actually understand me and how I work. She's never made me feel bad for anything, and knows how to push me to saying/doing what I need to. She's actually made me want to go to therapy. My biggest praise to sing for her is from earlier today, which spurred me to write this review. She just called me, from home, ON HER DAY OFF, to check on me because of an email I sent her last night. She took the time out of her day, unpaid, to call me and make sure that I'm okay and that I'm safe. I'll never forget that.
