Cute little local, rural library. Selection is what you'd expect for a town this size. Clean, effecient.

I like the availability of old high school year books.

My local Library, always a great selection, friendly people, and a beautiful building as well. Also they've taken covid restrictions seriously and it feels like a genuinely safe place to browse (By appointment).

No it does not
Appointments are no longer required to visit the library. Please visit our website (www.warrenlibrary.org) for our current hours. Thank you!
We have 1040 and 1040 SR instructions and forms, along with PA 40 instructions and forms while they last. Forms are available inside the doors (on a bench) off the Midtown Parking Lot when we're open. We also have some forms posted for people to grab when we are not open. They're available near the doors on the Midtown Parking Lot entrance of the library. If you require any other forms, you'll need to visit Kathy Rapp's office.
Yes we do, Paula! Go to our homepage, www.warrenlibrary.org. Scroll down to the Ebooks/OverDrive button. When in OverDrive (Seneca District Libraries), you can also get books from Oil Creek Library District! Just go to the Partner Libraries dropdown at the top. Enjoy!
I currently work at the library and no we do not have a public area for patrons to eat at this time. We will be doing renovations soon, if you would like, you can call the library and speak to our director about your suggestion 😊
