This place is the worst. I never review places but this place actually bad enough to make you look it up and tell other people to steer clear. To start: the ladies at the front desk aren't the warmest, they are exactly okay. not bad, not good, just okay. My real problem is with the Dermatologist Jeffrey M. Whitworth, MD, I went with my mom who is elderly and speaks mostly Spanish. (This office is in a predominately latino/hispanic area, so speaking Spanish seems like a requirement of the area, apparently not the case, as the doctor will just speak louder and slower which does not solve the language barrier) Besides that Doc Whitworth was just trash, bedside manner is about as fluent as his Spanish (aka none, zero) . He didn't ask a lot of questions, he came in looked at the areas of the skin, in our case the scalp, and then said "oh i'm not sure what it is so let's do a skin biopsy, but let's do it in 3, 6, and 9 weeks", girl what? just say you want to gut my mom's insurance and go. When I asked why it would take so long, and if there's anything to be done about my mom's discomfort he said "Well she's been dealing with it for years so what's a couple weeks more" and then to look like he's doing something he prescribed some BS shampoo, which if you don't know what it is, how can you prescribe something???? all in all, please steer clear!!! I was able to find a wonderful dermatologist, who was patient and took her time AND accepts my mom's insurance. I highly suggest, you look at Schweiger Dermatology Group, they accept a wide range of insurances! even Medicare and Medicaid! Do not subject your relatives to this place!

Worst Bedside manner I ever experienced. Do not listen to patients. I’m sure the dx will be wrong when you get sample from two different conditions in the same cup. I don’t give a negative star because is not an option here. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
