I had a minor surgery the day before Thanksgiving at the same day unit second floor Firstemberg Tower and I wanted to thank everyone for the wonderful care that they offered me. I specially wanted to thank Dr.Matous , the nurses and anesthesiologists(Randy, Michael, Christina,Anna,and everyone else that helped create this great atmosphere starting with the warm welcome at the reception desk). I was thinking yesterday for thanksgiving that besides my family I am most thankful to have met such great group of caring wonderful people -I am a lucky guy 😊 and I think we are all lucky that people like this still exist . I am a bit concerned with the phone call I just made to confirm my mother's surgery for tomorrow. They said they call and left a message with a phone number neither of us know. My mom and myself have had the same phone numbers for years now. My mother is a disabled senior citizen. This woman I spoke to on the phone apparently has no education when it comes to the ADA. Since they did not do their job correctly, my mother has to wait until after 5PM before she can eat anything. She takes meds that requires her to have a small meal (a banana). I am now waiting for a call back as the woman I spoke to has to find out the ADA laws, of which she should already know.All I can say is that I do hope for their sake that they didn't leave any personal information on the voicemail they left we hen calling a number that has never been a number she has had.

I’ve had 4 knee surgeries now and this was my first at SW Washington. I cannot rave enough about this surgery center. Everything is clean and smooth running and the nurse will go to the end of the earth to help you with anything. Thank you guys for getting me through! You are more appreciated then you know

My preferred stop for minor, same day surgery. Great staff and they are highly concerned for your comfort and safety. The level of care is just amazing.
