Doc was absolutely amazing. I was having a very hard time explaining what I was going thru, but he jumped in and told me exactly what I was going thru. Staff was super friendly while I was there...until I needed to call and get my prescription for eye drops released. The lady on the phone TOTALLY dismissed my worry about the website that doc asked me to get on for the eye drops. She didn't wanna hear at all. She was very rude and dismissive, even though I had questions. Otherwise, like I said while I was there I was treated extremely well. I can not wait to get my glasses.The phone issue is the ONLY reason for 4 stars. Otherwise doc and staff while I was there I give 5 stars to them.

The care at innovations is exceptional! Staff are nice & easy to work with. Explaining as they go. Dr. Donoval is the best! His exams are thorough, with state of the art equipment. He does tons of extended & ongoing education so he is up on the latest science and discoveries in eye care. Gives you many options and never selling you something you don't need but willing to try things you may want. Always a pleasure for over a decade!

Dr. Dolezal cares. He gave me back my life when other eye docs turned me away. He listens wonderfully in order to best diagnose and treat, and updates his practice with ongoing study and conferences. His care of my vision, and of me as a human, has been expert.
