Customer service was spectacular. My sister and I dropped by the Cedar Mill Crossing store today. My sister bought a stand alone pair of sunglasses. She wanted a case to put them in when she travels. Both employees dropped what they were doing and let my sister select a free case from an overstock basket. This is how customer service needs to be. Thanks to the Visionworks staff. Your kindness towards helping my sister will not be forgotten.

The doctor I saw was very efficient thorough and explained everything. The ladies that help me pick out my new frames and lenses were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have been to a lot of different vision places but I have never been treated more professionally and with care than I was at Visionworks at Cedar Hills Crossing.

I came into the store today needing my glasses that had been broken for over a year to be finally fixed. I was very happy to know that they could fix it, and when I went to pay, they would not accept. This is the second time I've been in this store and each time they have given great customer service. Would recommend the Cedar Hills store anytime!

Just got my new glasses from Visionworks in the Cedar Crossing Mall and love them. Kelly and her team are crazy good. The store has a massive selection but somehow Kelly knows it like the back of her hand and selected the perfect frames in a matter of seconds! The entire process is painless as she knows the ins and outs of insurance and I know I am always getting the best deal available. The best part is that the glasses were ready to pickup in only four days - in time to wear them on a trip I am taking this week! I am looking forward to spending my end of year FSA dollars here on another pair of glasses - maybe this time sunglasses!

They are plastic lenses. For non glare and other enhancements, you get a discount.
