Very poor experience. I have ordered glasses on Jun 7th, exactly I received my order after 1 month. I had to follow up every week to expedite process. Manager promised me to appease for this issue, when I visit centre to collect glasses, he is on leave. I have left the notes, still awaiting for call.

I had an exam and placed an order for glasses using my insurance. I did not hear any updates about my order for over a month. I called the store twice and they did not know what happened to my order, only stated it was in process at the lab and could not help me further. Horrible customer service - will not be returning.

Here's my story, my Dad had a stroke and the EMT's lost his glasses. My mom has Alzheimer's not a lot of help. My husband is in another hospital because he has pneumonia. That being said I was a hot mess! Found a old pair of glasses for dad, but it has missing a screw missing. No one at the two places I went would help even when I offered to pay them. Walking into visionworks ready to cry and I met a angel! CASSIE not only said no problem, fixed them on the spot immediately. She wanted to make sure Dad was taken care of, got a case for them and polishing cloth (I forgot both). When I asked her how much she said don't worry about it, take care of yourself and your family. That is a difficult question as most people, my self included, have insurance that pays for most of the expense. I really liked the staff at Bridgetown and Visionworks.
No. They are really good about getting you in without an appointment. Having an appointment may save you some wait time so of youre in a hurry I would set one.
