Very poor customer service they don't answer your questions you they always give you the runaround. Is absolutely ridiculous most of the employees are very rude.

My only complaint with this place is that they charge almost $5.00 ($4.75) per transaction for the convenience of paying online. It's 2018, almost everything is done online! I don't know a single person that owns checks let alone is still writing them but, of course mailing a check is an option. I shouldn't have to pay a fee for "convenience" of paying my bill online.
