Worst service, they tell me they are going to call when my order is ready - they don’t call. I have been trying to contact someone for over a month in regards to my contact lenses order, haven’t heard anything from anyone, they NEVER answer the phones or call back. Literally the worst customer service ever.

The store was amazing. Rachael was knowledgeable friendly and answered all my questions. I cannot say enough good about her and the others working on that day. For them I would give 10 stars. The prices were reasonable. The thing that gives me pause is my glasses won't be ready for 2 weeks. I have never had to wait that long anywhere else.

My experiences here are always amazing. Dr. Hurtubise is always pleasant and great to work with. Alina was amazing to work with as well! She was helpful, polite, and explained everything I asked her. She helped me with ordering my new frames, and helped fix my old ones. Very sweet young lady, a real gem at this store!

My first time going to Pacific Eye Group/Visionworks. It was a wonderful experience. I interacted with 4 or 5 employees during my visit, from the desk help, to the sales associate, to the doctors assistant and the doctor herself. They were all so helpful, attentive, educative and patient. It was just a wonderful experience. The sales associate worked hard to save me as much money as she could through my insurance. The doctor really took the time to make sure I got the best prescription possible, which I really appreciated, because so many eye doctors in the past tried to rush me through the tests. I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back for my next visit. Pay your employees more, they deserve it!
