Hazel Dell location staff made me feel bad, I've never quite experienced having someone straight complain to me about helping me out. It was a disappointing experience and won't be going back.

The young man who assisted me was very helpful. Unfortunately, the glasses to choose from was a small amount of glasses, and I didn’t like them. I chose a pair that was a medium brown, but the ones I received were darker & don’t look good on me. I told them the readers were for computer use, noting how far away from the computer I sit. The glasses are too up close & don’t work on the computer. The sunglasses I picked had a lot of pretty green, but the pair I received have very little green. The lady who helped me when I picked them up didn’t even clean the glasses. I got home and had to clean all 3 pairs.

I see a lot of negative, but I had a very pleasant experience at this location. Nobody had a negative attitude, there were plenty of customers, and everything wrapped up fairly quickly. As long as the glasses come in within the allotted time, I have been left completely satisfied. Fantastic all around. The extra tests are odd, but it's worth $20 to see the inside of your eyeball. Lol

I went here to get contacts and glasses and I got helped by dawn. She is an absolute delight, her demeanor is so bright, friendly and kind. She made a long process feel short and she fills you in on information about your eyes. She immediately spoke good words about how their eye doctor really takes her time on her patients prescriptions and puts a lot of work into her patients. I definitely found my new glasses place.
