My glasses were stepped on and frames busted out. I seen these reviews and called. They said come on in, we can fix them. I showed up and he said this won't take very long. It was 10 mins and said here you go. I asked how much do I owe you, he said nothing and gave me the glasses in a new case and said have a great day. Now that's fantastic. I didn't even buy them there.

From the front desk to the eye exam in the back this place is a class act. I was very happy with my glasses. I'm not a mall person normally but rolled the dice and could not be happier with the level of professional and kind service coming out of this place!

I have gone to Visionworks off and on for years. Sometimes throwing Costco in but today I went in for glasses & Eileen was so helpful & nice. There was an issue with my insurance that I will have to look into but Eileen gave me a discount anyway. She also told me they could use my old frames if I chose to which Costco wouldn't do in the past. Overall this was a more pleasant personal experience. I will continue to go to Visionworks for future needs.

I went here for my first eye exam ever. Pacific Eye Group conducted my eye exam and everyone from the lady at the front desk to the optometrist himself were so kind and welcoming. They answered all my questions with the upmost patience and warmth. After my exam I bought some glasses. Again, all the salespeople who assisted me were so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The gal who I sat down with after I picked out a pair was so friendly and helpful. She explained everything clearly and made sure I didn’t have any questions before I left. I didn’t catch her name but she had blue hair, I really appreciate her. I will definitely be returning for my other eye care needs.
