Pricing was signed confusing l, long waits at the registers, dirty fitting rooms. We set our stuff down and left after waiting in line for 15 minutes and not even being acknowledged or greeted by the cashiers. If they had looked up and said "sorry for the wait, I'll be right with you" I would have stayed and purchased. Instead we went to maurices.

I love this Old Navy, the people there are very helpful and courteous! For those of you who are trying to find this store via GPS or other navigation system, this is not the correct address! The actual address of the Old Navy store is 1871 15th Ave Sw. Trying to get to 1791 will take you to a dead end street in the middle of a residency!
