I lived here for 2.5 years, so I can speak to this apartment. I've lived in six apartments in my adult life and this is the best one I've lived in so far. The rent is fair and enjoy hosting students or staff who go to the medical school. The rooms are spacious, new, and the appliances all work well enough. We did have some issues over the years, but maintenance was always able to solve it quickly. During non-covid times, they'd host pizza parties or bbq from time to time. Other than that, the management doesn't micromanage you. It is a safe neighborhood and the worst I had damaged was my small bike pump stolen off my bike locked in front of the apartment. Never saw the police dragging anyone out and never saw anything sketchy going on. Rent is fair and they make it easy to pay, if you're willing to pay a $2 online charge. I never did - I just dropped checks off. Other positives... it's a great place if you like pokemongo since I added a gym and stops on site. Generally family friendly with all the kids at the park and around. Moving out was very easy - I didn't see them once upon my exit. I just dropped the key in the box after going through their cleaning list. I got my full deposit back, minus the $40 carpet cleaning they told me was unavoidable... pretty good! Most apartments I've lived at treat the security deposit like a revenue source. I'd highly recommend Cascade Ridge. They didn't ask me to write a review for them at all - Just doing it because apartment hunting ain't easy and people generally only write these reviews if they really hate a place. My experience was great.

Cascade Ridge is an awesome place to live. I've lived here 1 1/2 years and I haven't had any complaints. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The apartments are pretty new and well kept. The maintenance man is great and always fixes any issues in a timely manner. They have a clubhouse that is open 7 days a week and is available to reserve after hours. There's a gym that's accessible 24/7 with treadmills, ellipticals, and free weights. It's walking distance to the medical and nursing schools, so it's really convenient if you're going to school there. There's also lots of parking so that's never an issue. Overall, Cascade is a really comfortable and great place to live.

I have lived here almost 2 years. Never had any complaints. The staff is very friendly, they work hard to help you out. The on site maintenance has been WONDERFUL to work with. Safe community, most are medical students but families are on site as well. Dog friendly and I love that the apartments are non smoking. Love living here.

I have lived in Cascade Ridge for a year and a half, the neighbors are friendly and the staff is professional. The complex is well maintained and monthly activities are planned for the residents. One of my favorite things is the inclusion of a washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher in each unit. I also like the open floor plan of the 2 bedroom unit. The no smoking policy is a huge plus as it keeps the complex clean. The pet policies are also nice. Everybody seems to pick up after their animals, and the number of dog stations is adequate. I feel at home in this pleasant community.
