Living at 4marq and Edition were far more pleasant experiences. Elevators break down often, heating and air conditioning too. Currently 81° inside my unit ac is broken, they said they fixed it this morning, for the 6th or 7th time this year. This winter it dropped down to 57° before they fixed the heat. Quite a few smaller annoying things but those two take the cake. The price may be a few bucks less here at Soo Line but I'd rent somewhere else. To say it plainly, stay away from here.

Such a beautiful building with a gorgeous view of the city from the rooftop. Logan was so helpful with the move in process and everything. I love everything about this place! Would highly recommend moving here.

This is the most amazing apartment complex I have ever stayed in. The entire leasing team is always ready and willing to help with any issues I have. Shoutout to Amanda Kasperson who not only helped me navigate a very tedious/difficult move but you has always helped me with any issues I’ve had! Overall great apartment complex in downtown.

I have been living at Soo Line for a little over 2 years and am so sad to be leaving! If I wasn’t moving to Florida this fall, my boyfriend and I would have stayed another year. Amanda in the leasing office was always my go to person and she truly made me feel so valued, not only as a resident but as a friend. Anything that I asked, needed or wondered about she always made me feel heard and was there to help me. When I first started searching for apartments, Amanda was the best leasing agent I came across. She was so friendly and tentative with my needs. Right after the initial tour, I already felt at home. I would be remiss if I didn’t call out the people that made the last 2.5 years safe, comfortable, and a place that will always be in my memories. In moving, I hope that our new place has an Amanda but I know that no one can fill her shoes. Thanks Soo Line for the memories!
