The staff is amazing always there if you need them but there's way to many strange people walking around and a lot of stealing and braking into car's I do love my view and apartment I real hope the safeness will get better

Been here since about 6 months after apartment was constructed a few years ago. Units are beautiful, management is approachable, & location is ideal! Problems, at times, but any apartment or neighborhood there are those whom mess things up and cause problems (unfortunately, that's just life)! Yet, I appreciate that they look into matters.

Highest marks possible for Property Manager Robyn Marlow. I have been having an issue with my laundry appliances, and Robyn was generous enough to completely replace them. It is great to know that a Property Manager, who has a litany of issues to deal with every day, would take the time to do something above and beyond for the benefit of one of her tenants. Thanks, Robyn!

When I first came to look this apartment. I immediately knew this was the perfect place to call my home. I didn't second-guess it. I have lived here since November off 2016 and couldn't be more happier. The entire staff at Longfellow station are awesome.They always greet you with a smile and warm coffee. They are so helpful and go out of their way to help their residences. I would give them 10 ✨ STARS if I could. The cleaning lady does vary good job 👏 the complex is vary well kept and maintained. The Management are awesome and go out of their way to make you feel like your family. They go above and beyond. I can't thank them enough. There is no better building to live in Minneapolis than LONGFELLOW STATION. This is not your average property. We truly enjoy living here and can't say enough great things about Longfellow Station Apts. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking.
