My husband and I have lived at Autumn Woods for about 3.5 years and we’ve absolutely loved it! We love the location, about 15 min from downtown Minneapolis but feels suburb. We absolutely love the staff, they are always so kind, helpful, and quick to respond. We especially love the outdoor pool (in the summer), and the indoor hot tub and fitness room (small, but has what you need!). Outdoor free concerts in the summer in the courtyard, heated garage, and community rooms you can reserve for any personal hangouts/small parties. We love Autumn Woods!

Greatest place to live ever! The apartments are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is very prompt and considerate. It's very quiet and peaceful and the grounds are beautiful. I love Autumn Woods. I'm staying here!

I have lived here for 2 years and am a current resident in building 2576 on the first floor. I have never been woken up by my neighbors. Most of the people who live here are families who've been here longer than me. There has been some people who've moved around to other apartments in the complex or out altogether, but even my new neighbors are very pleasant to live by. I have zero complaints. The management is super reasonable and are very nice to work with. They have always been willing to help me out in letting me know when packages have arrived that didn't make it to my doorstep/building, available for answering questions and quick to resolve any issues regardless of how minor they are. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any issues (e.g. a door hinge to the garage broke and they fixed it that day). I LOVE the underground heated parking in the winter - it's a must if you live in MN. There's not been a break in since I've lived here. They have cameras facing all the entrances and if someone did get it, they'd better smile because they're on camera! I keep my bike locked up in there and it's still there! I've enjoyed the pool in the summertime as well. It's not overcrowded, which is nice. Everyone here is respectful of one another, which I appreciate. I work from home so I'm literally here all the time, and have had no issues in doing so - it's quiet during the day. If you like to party, this probably isn't the place for you unless you plan to do it in one of the party rooms. The location is superb - close to NE breweries, restaurants, retail shops (Target, Home Depot, Michael's) and close to the grocery store (Cub). You could walk to them, but I prefer driving. Downtown Minneapolis takes 7 min. to get to by car without any red lights (10 min with red lights). It's easy to get to Roseville and super easy to St. Paul via 280 to 94. Excellent location. I've lived all over the Twin Cities in the last 20 years and this is by far the best apartment complex.
