I lived in a 2 bedroom at the Nic this year and absolutely LOVED it. I've lived at other luxury properties and this was by far my best experience. 1. The staff - so friendly and helpful. The office team is great but on a day-to-day basis, the concierge team were incredible. 2. The apartment - even though there are numerous newer buildings downtown, the views from my unit on the 20th floor were immaculate. I barely ever heard noise from neighbors and I LOVED our layout. 3. Amenities - the pool deck was fantastic over the summer and the other amenities are ideal year round. Living downtown comes with its cons but those are pretty consistent throughout any of the apartment buildings in the city. If you're looking for a high rise apartment in downtown, this is the one!
