Management is incompetent. They’re also very rude. Place is a dump. Constantly filthy common areas, amenities and features are frequently broken/unusable. Nothing ever gets fixed. Why live somewhere else when you could pay top dollar to experience section 8 housing?

Nice apartment, great location. Management and maintenance respond promptly and are very helpful. Weekends at the pool are awesome and all the amenities are nice. Super dog friendly with an apartment dog park. Our unit was a one bedroom with a den which was perfect for work from home.

I have moved in recently to the Flux Apartments and felt the need to write a review as the staff have been very helpful and am very impressed with the apartments so far. Bobby has been very professional and helpful with the moving in process and answering questions. The apartment amenities are amazing and was exactly what I was looking for. The staff has been helpful with all my specific requests and are very on top of it. The lease incentive was great and made this a great deal for me. Will recommend this apartment to others.

I have lived in the Flux for over a year and half. Simpson Properties Management and team are truly top notch! They are quick to respond to any issues and can tell they want to make the residents truly feel like this is their home and are very accommodating. Their staff has done an amazing job navigating the COVID climate as well. Safety of residents and staff is clearly their top priority. They do fun things like Pet of the Month and other little things to make living here extra fun. The pool, sauna, gym, pub room and roof are definite perks. The lobby was recently remodeled and it's GORGEOUS and modern. Yes the pool can get a little rowdy in the summer but that is not at all a reflection on the staff or management - it just comes with living in Uptown with majority younger people who like to party on the weekends and are walking distance from bars. Overall - highly recommend the Flux Apartments!
