Be careful! They will ask you to pay an administrative fee and the security deposit upfront. If you are approved, you then get a copy of the lease which is where they will disclose all of the expenses for the unit. If those fees and expenses make you change your mind about the place, you will not get the security deposit or the admin fee back. Make sure to ask up front about every single charge and expectations for paying utilities. They are not forth coming about what charges to expect.

Great experience so far. Maintenance is very responsive and friendly and the office staff is great too. The building is clean and quiet. I needed a place to live ASAP and was able to apply and move in within a day. Happy I chose to live here!

The apartment is beautiful, huge windows with a ton of natural light, great use of space, the finishes are clean & modern. And the rooftop deck is awesome! We’ve definitely enjoyed the grills & firepit! The staff is really nice and has been so helpful through the whole process from touring to moving in. Pet friendly too. And there’s a ton of cool places within walking distance. Great place!

Recently moved in to The Central from out of town and the entire process was seamless. My experience has been so great, thanks to the awesome staff! They were super helpful and made sure all of my millions of questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. It is always nerve wracking to rent from out of state but they made it easy and the apartment is BEAUTIFUL! The location is great too. I have been able to explore a lot since being here and it is close to great restaurants, parks, coffee shops and other hot spots in Minneapolis which is perfect for someone who is new to town. I am so happy I chose to rent at The Central!

The Metro Transit website (https://www.metrotransit.org/home) is a great resource for helping you plan your commute. Start by typing in the address of The Central as well as your destination. It can tell you the location of the nearest stop, what time the next bus/metro is coming, how long it will take, if there are transfers, etc. Good luck with your relocation and let us know if you'd like to schedule a tour of The Central.
