I came into this store to get some assistance shipping a very important document and purchasing a return-shipping label for it to come back to me. This apparently cannot be done without an account, and due to technical difficulties (no fault of the store employees), I was unable to access my existing account or set up a new one, which resulted in me spending a frustrating hour trying to figure this issue out on the mobile website and then on the phone with customer service. Throughout all of this, the store staff were very nice. I especially want to highlight Connor - his nametag said he was in training, and he honestly was the best part about my experience, prompting me to leave this review. I was obviously flustered and upset when he helped me after all of the technical issues were finally resolved, and he was so kind and positive, making sure to check all details twice so that my items would be delivered correctly. He is a great asset to the team and deserves recognition for fantastic customer service.

Let me start off by sayin that I wasn’t paid or coerced into leaving this review. This was my first time shipping a package and I had a very pleasant and helpful experience. Matthew and Keith assisted me from start to finish and I appreciate them. The process was easy. They were welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly. I will most definitely return when needing to deliver a package ! ☺️
