I am so disappointed in Fairhaven. My dad who is disabled went to visit my mom’s grave on her birthday only to find her grave plate covered in a huge mound of dirt. Apparently there was a burial a few yards away and someone thought it was okay to cover my mom’s grave in dirt. At least they could have looked at her plaque to realize that it was her birthday. My dad was in tears! It ruined his already difficult day. You should be ashamed at your lack of respect!

All the staff at Fairhaven Memorial Park and Joseph Banuelos where amazing and very helpful, we were Joseph very first funeral Service organize and he was on top of everything and made the process very fast and easy for the family. The funeral service was on Friday the 26th of August and it was Joseph day off but he took the time to come in for a few hours to make sure everything looked amazing and that to us was very comforting to see him and give us his support the day of the service. Everything was beautiful and perfect. The cemetery was nice and green and very peaceful. The staff day of service were very patient and very supportive.

Fairhaven listened to what my mom had requested for her final disposition, then explained what they could offer. Natalie Pecoraro was very helpful in getting us through all of the details. She went the extra mile in discovering an old insurance policy that helped us with expenses. We are so grateful for Natalie and the staff at Fairhaven.

No. Fairhaven doesn't buy back cemetery plot. You can put an ad in the paper or go online and try to sell it yourself. Once you find a buy, then contact Fairhaven to do the deed transfer. There is a fee for that. I hope that helps! Good luck!

Is it still true that you don't have names online? I live in Georgia, so can't come to the lobby. Thanks - Angie
