The regular delivery man was out and his replacement driver dumped my package 150 feet from my home next to the main road. When I noticed the box at the end of my driveway I went to retrieve it. The box was damaged as was the purchased item. The normal route drive picked it up the next day to return it. I would like it if all employees were as professional as the regular route driver who always leaves the packages by the front gate or on either of my porches. Chris has never just left a package at the end of the driveway by the road. So, thank you Chris and no thank you to the person who did not put my package even close to my house!

The ups driver couldn't just hand me the box, and l was right there. He threw the box over the gate and onto the ground!

Girl just called..rude, argumentative, acting like it's my fault shes can't read what's typed on package. I was expecting several packages but since going other places..I asked large? She says idk what's in it.... argue some more there little girl....gggeeezzz

I'm normally pretty happy with ups. i know they don't like driving up our gravel road, I'm assuming because there truck gets dirty, but its kind of their job to deliver packages. Yesterday we got home late and we were looking for our package that was delivered and never could find it. Apparently it was clear at the end our driveway almost 3/4 of a mile from my house. My dad found it next to a tree which is right by the main road. Its a miracle it wasn't stolen.
