I applied for Section 8 and I got a letter. I called them a few days later asking them a question about the letter. No response. I than managed to talk to someone else Not in charge of Section 8. Asking for a extension they let me do it. I had another question about this and again No response. I don't understand. You give a dead line and I have a problem and I cant do anything it's not my fault. So irritated..

I am about to purchase a property with a HUD rental on it. I am concerned what happens to the tenant when I evict, them to use the house for myself? And are there any special rules for HUD evictions. Is it simply a 90 day notice?
