Called to ask a question regarding W-2's and if they would be able to procure a copy. I was passed off from the receptionist to someone else, when I explained my situation I was talked to in a belittling tone, and did not get any of the information I needed. Then I was passed off to another person, the "Boss", and as I was beginning to describe my situation again, I was cut off with "I don't mean to cut you off, but I have clients in front of me right now and it is not fair to them". That's perfectly understandable, but it is a waste of everyone's times to be passed along to three individuals, all of whom have no idea how to answer my seemingly simple question. No thanks on your overpriced clerical work. Do it yourself, and don't pay these fee hungry "middle-men".
