Hardly any lanes open and slow attendants, sorry, love shopping here, hate the service. And inside, with that self checker, it's made only 2 cashiers during busy times. That only frustrates the customers that don't like the self check, but also stresses the workers which in turn gives more stress back to the customer during the interaction. Something needs to change.
