Sandy here at the Polson office here in Lake County as well as Terry were so kind. I had quite a pickle of a situation due to Covid and the Veterans office not being able to transfer my veterans status to my renewed driver's license. Long story short... Sandy is a miracle worker and has the most patience . I definitely owe this mama's a hot coffee.

Quite the contrast to the summer rush. I went in on a Monday morning in December...no waiting at 8:10 am, 3 windows open for business. The staff were efficient, friendly and courteous. Pay by cash or check to avoid a 3% extra charge on credit/debit cards. I was on my way with new plates in less than 10 minutes total time!

Ive left 3 messages unanswered. Ive waited in line for several hours and was then told I didnt have the correct paperwork. I registered a vehicle and after looking at the new registration noticed they called my 1/2 ton truck ,a 3/4 ton truck. Tried to ask questions by phone and nothing. Im trying to avoid driving 50 miles to wait in line to ask a question. I understand the large influx of people,but it really shouldnt be this difficult.
