Beef Jerkey is incredible and they smoke all the meats in house. Really good sandwiches in the deli. Great little stop for lunch.

Overall good experience had some wild game processed everything turned out great excellent flavor in the pepperoni and sausage. Small issue with communication but the owner stepped up and took care of things very quickly and showed some very high quality customer service

Great food, and wonderful service. I took off one star for minimal masking compliance. But everything else was great! And I loved how they advised me to ask for a jerky sample, and one for my wife too. We selected honey garlic, and it was delicious! She had a delightful Rueben on marble rye, and I had a scrumptious bowl of stroganoff, and a tasty grilled blended cheese on sourdough!

Just smoked mine at 225, took about 2 hours. Used salt, pepper, and garlic powder rub
We do delicious smoked turkeys, they are between 12-14# each. Fully cooked, just heat and serve.
