I have used Astounds web page to obtain information about establishing service I have tried three separate times I am advised by the way Page that a person would be in touch within a few minutes I received no call back from anybody all three times. I am beginning to wonder if this is a viable company to do business with thus far I believe I will stick with my current internet company sorry Astound you loose on this one three strikes you're out.

I've had nothing but trouble with my internet, and now they informed me if they can't find the problem they will charge me for services they won't provide me like uninterrupted service and slow internet service today and for the past moth I'm having trouble with pages hot loading and a message saying I'm off-line or very slow to load pages so the threat of being charged has convinced me to find another service provider

Signed up with a one year promo for our internet. The promo fell off the account at 6 months resulting in our bill doubling in cost. The first representative informed me of the matter and put a ticket in it to get it resolved. My internet was turned off a second time for the same reason. She said the same thing and put another ticket in. Again it happened and the 3rd representative said no one has put in any tickets and it was a 6 month promo not a year. So pretty much they didn't fix the problem and in the end said I was wrong and there was no notes supporting what was said by the first 2 representatives. I'm stuck paying double my price now and feel like the company doesn't care about their customers. I hate being lied to and it has happened too many times with Wave.

Service vehicle parked illegally in the Pearl. The vehicle is blocking the only signage letting drivers know that cyclists will be on the road due to construction. If there are any accidents, Wave broadband should be held 100% liable. People wonder why vulnerable road users are always being hurt or killed at staggering numbers. You can see how dangerous this is by the pictures.. At least we have google reviews to shame:)

Hi Melodee, if you reduce your connection to only one router you'll most likely have issues being able to receive signal to either location where there is no equipment. WiFi signal is based on range, the further you are from the equipment the less signal (speed) you receive.
Thank you for writing and that is a really good question. There are some stores that may have a drop box for returning your equipment. Unfortunately, we do not have a list of what locations have them. I would, however, advise against dropping your equipment off since you are responsible for it. I would recommend returning it during business hours that way you are able to get a receipt that it was returned and don't have to worry about any for missing or damaged equipment.
