I have called twice so far. The first time I had some short fir logs to sell, and Yoder mill was the only place that wanted them. The second time I was looking for western red cedar, and although they didn’t have any at the time, They were the only ones out of ten mills that I called who were able to recommend a place that did. Plus the place they recommended allowed me to stay much more local than I had thought possible. Hooray for friendly mill operators!
