I have had nothing but stellar service from this company! Their website is easy to use and is well defined. This makes paying your bill or addressing concerns such as weather outages incredibly easy. You could try to ask for better customer service from other telecom providers, but good luck with that experience being on hold with numerous customer service representatives from the company who can't answer your question, but can sell you some hot air without blinking an eye for 2 hours straight. Maybe you prefer Diet Water? At least the hard working employees who work here seem to care about customer loyalty! I am sure it is due to the service they can demonstrate they provide and dedication to doing the right thing by taking care of their customers! Thank you!

Every ISP in this town is garbage and they know it but the city protects them from competition. If you use internet like the rest of the modern world, don't move to Canby.

I have great service I’ve had them since February 2021. I’ve never had an issue when my card was changed and I forgot to pay the service fee it was back on within minutes. They’ve also helped me when I forgot my password. I have great service within my whole property also even to the street and we have a 12000 sqft lot. I’ve had other services through other companies and this company by far my favorite. The price is great also and I’ve never had slow internet. I have a small business from home and TVs and phones and it’s never been slow.

I have been with direct link since moving to Canby in 2004. I’ve experienced numerous problems throughout this period and now the email is down for the last two days. My tv will start buffering when I attempt to go online with my phone. I’m very disappointed with the service and will most likely discontinue direct link. For 146. Dollars a month i at least expect the service to work properly.

Can I transfer my home phone to my cell? How is it done?

Judy Burman | Aug 19, 2019
Levi Manselle | Aug 19, 2019

There are a few options for accomplishing this, one option is to set up call forwarding so calls placed to your home phone line are forwarded to your cell phone when you are out and about. The other option is to contact your cell carrier and port your home number which would replace your cell phone number with your home number. There may be other options as well, I recommend you contact DirectLink for more information.
